[IPython-dev] Heads-up: releasing 0.13 final today, please don't push to master

Hi all,

just a quick heads-up, Min and I are in my office pushing through the
work to release 0.13 today.  So for a few hours, please everybody
refrain from merging/committing *anything* into master.  We'll ping
when it opens up again.
