Hi, attaching a quick patch for some invalid html in ContentFilter.py.
(an "<a href>" tag was not properly terminated and there was no linked
text...)

Also, something seems to be weird about the last sentence in
#: Mailman/Queue/BounceRunner.py:173, or maybe my english interpretation
is not good ;)

"You, as the list administrators have requested to receive all
unrecognized bounce messages."

Should it be:

"You, as the list administrator, have requested to receive all
unrecognized bounce messages."

or something like:

"You have received this notice, as the list administrators have
requested to receive all unrecognized bounce messages."

??
