I deleted everything and started fresh. After 30 hours of nothing but
errors, the statement from the link above finally held true: "you should be
done within ~5 minutes" :)

Next up: "At this point Mailman will not send nor receive any real
emails. But that's fine as long as you only want to work on the
components related to the ReST client or the web ui."

I actually want to send and receive emails. ;)
