[Mailman-Users] Avoid user unsubscribing

How to set one list so certain users cannot change their setup 
(such setting nomail or unsubscribing) ???
(Of course this does not avoid they forward the mail to /dev/null ... 
but at least the mail is sent ... :-)
(Note that if they subscribe to other lists in the same server they 
must be able to act regularly, as well the other users)
