[Mailman-Users] Public Lists not being displayed on ListInfo

David, thanks for responding!

I did some further investigating on this problem.  It appears to only
affect Netscape Users and not IE.

My hunch is that there's not a meta tag in the dynamic HTML to tell the
browser's not to cache the page.  Does anyone know exactly where this code
is generated from?
