[Mailman-Users] Unknown mailer error 1 *sigh*

	Here is some additional information I got in the bounced message
(that was supposed to be the subscription confirmation).  Here is the
bounced message--notice the "List index out of range" Python error:

	Why did the Python errors not appear in my /var/log/messages?  Or
my /var/log/maillog?

	Any help is greatly appreciated.
