[Mailman-Users] moderated - message authorization

You have your list set to moderated and you have the Privacy option set to
"Hide the sender of a message, replacing it with the list address".
The "@" in the Subject: line was placed there by droode at uci.edu (the
poster) probably as a shortcut to the word "at" (cutesy).
