    No, you really must run qrunner by hand, the whole day, the whole night,
every time a message comes through.  No seriously.

    You need to learn to read the documentation that comes with Mailman.  It
was written for a reason.  All the instructions on how to setup Mailman to work
properly are there, including how qrunner needs to be setup to run.

    As for your archiving issue, same story.
