[Mailman-Users] restricting posts + moderated lists

We run a closed, moderated list.

With:
Must posts be approved by an administrator = no
Restrict posting privilege to list members = yes

posts from non-members get forwarded to the moderator
with the reason:
Post by non-member to a members-only list

With:
Must posts be approved by an administrator = yes
Restrict posting privilege to list members = yes

posts from non-members get forwarded to the moderator
with the reason:
Post to moderated list

which makes it impossible to tell if this is a post from a legitimate user or 
not.

Is it possible to reject posts from non-members without forwarding it to the 
moderator?  Sort of a "reject posting with extreme prejudice option".
