[Mailman-Users] Multiple Subscription to Lists

Does anyone know of a way to allow multiple simultaneous subscriptions to
the Mailman Lists with a web based form?  So that one person may use check
boxes to subscribe to different list at the same time.  Our current paid for
provider pointed us to a cgi script.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
