[Mailman-Users] probs with qrunner crontab

One of the mailman crontab entries seems to be malfunctioning.  Any
ideas what the problem is?  And, is it really necessary to run this 
script?

# Retry failed deliveries once per minute.
* * * * * /usr/contrib/bin/python -S /usr/local/mailman/cron/qrunner
