[Mailman-Users] Question about a function capability

Is there any way to show the subscribers e-mail address in the TO: field?  This is a problem for me.  I need this field to show their e-mail address not the list address and not all subscribers address just the person who is getting the subscription.  I don't see a way to do this but I'm new to using this product.  Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
