[Mailman-Users] qrunner/qfiles question

Hello,

I just noticed the mailman/logs/qrunner file which is over 13MB in size. 
Looking through it, the majority of it contains this statement:

Sep 14 12:21:02 2001 (5785) Exception reading qfile: 
/usr/local/mailman/qfiles/ecfb05a87351302572145f10e0989d9b14999aeb
[Errno 2] No such file or directory: 
'/usr/local/mailman/qfiles/ecfb05a87351302572145f10e0989d9b14999aeb.db'

Can someone tell me what is causing this?
