Update your mailman as well.

The warnings are coming from your update of Python.  If you are current on
Mailman (version 2.0.9), then you can simply re-install Mailman right over
top of your current install.  That will make the warnings go away.

If you are not current on Mailman, take this opportunity to bring yourself
up-to-date!
