Run a nightly script that counts the number of users on each list and send
warnings to the admins, or simply resyncs the lists minus any excess
members. At that point, you can also have the script change the config on
the file so that all new members must be approved by the admin, and then
change the admin password for the list. Ahh but it can be a cruel world.
Look in ~mailman/bin for command line files that will help you build such a
script easily.
