[Mailman-Users] List Description to be sent in welcome message

Hey Guys
            I was wondering if there was any other way besides going on
the html interface to change the list's description. I want to set the
list description as I create the mailing list and send the description
of the mailing list in the welcome message. I will alter the
Deliverer.py to include self.description in it. But don't know how to
manually set up the description.
Any Ideas are appreciated.
