[Mailman-Users] Three times through the py and still can't find it

I know it has to be there, but I can not find the setting to make all new 
lists automatically conceal all members on the membership list.

Under "Conceal yourself from subscriber list?" each member has the choice 
of yes or no, but the default seems to be no, and I need it to be 
yes.  Basically I want members to have to "opt it" to be viewed by other 
members.
