Assuming you are using Mailman 2.1.x

Running the $prefix/bin/withlist script fix_url.py to update an existing 
list should do the job.

If it is just the email host that is chnaged then there is an option to 
change a list's preferred mail host on the General Options page of the 
list's admin web GUI,
