[Mailman-Users] how to questions.

Hi, i just signed up to use mailman as my
mailmanagment system for my site. 
1) How can I can I access it to start sending my
weekly emails. 
2) Where do I enter in my current email list
3) Can I look at my email and check it before it goes
out to my list
4) I want my e-mail to have jpg images on it, how can
i do  this?
5) I am the administrator of the list, I do not wany
anyone else viewing the list, is my password and
administor name the same as my login information with
hostway?
