Look at FAQ 3.14  It was written for Mailman version 2.0.13 but most of
it is still valid for version 2.1.x.

Also, if you are using a 2.1.x version of Mailman, then read the
README.POSTFIX file that comes with the source code (and can also be
found in the Archives).
