[Mailman-Users] Adding users with name

Dear Sr,

Is it possible to add a new user with its name? There is a box where I put email 
addresses. Can I put the name of the user with some extra sintaxe?

Is it possible to add a html link in my web site to add new users automaticaly? I mean, 
users put there addresses in some edit box and click "ok" and they would be 
automaticaly added.
