[Mailman-Users] Outbound mail getting stuck

What O/S are you running?  Are you using cPanel and their version of
Mailman?

(If you're using cPanel, it's some quirk in their setup that the initial
email doesn't go out, even tho it says on the screen that it's sending it
out.)
