	I think you need to try turning on personalization for the 
mailing list, and making sure that the MTA supports VERP.  However, 
either your provider or cPanel may make this difficult or impossible. 
In that case, your only option would be to move the list to a 
different hosting provider.


	But further questions on enabling personalization and/or VERP 
should be directed to your provider first, and cPanel second.

	We can tell you the way a normal Mailman installation should 
work, if the site administrator and the administrator who configured 
the MTA did things a certain way, but that's about all we can do.
