	Using the command-line tools, you should be able to do this. 
However, hooking up your Access back-end to the command-line tools is 
an exercise left for the reader.  See

	If you want to do this from the e-mail interface, I'll have to 
leave that issue to others to answer, since I am not as familiar with 
it.
