	No.  Mailman uses the text-mode browser called "lynx" to make an 
attempt to convert HTML-formatted documents into a readable text 
format, if you configure it to convert HTML.  It does not attempt to 
perform any other kind of conversion.  This is something that you 
would need to do yourself.
