	This feature is enabled by default.  Go to the "General Options" 
page for the list, and scroll down to "Should the list moderators get 
immediate notice of new  requests, as well as daily notices about 
collected ones?", a.k.a., "admin_immed_notify".  Make sure that this 
feature is set to "Yes".
