[Mailman-Users] Send to list error

Here is something odd aswell i tried tried to send this message to your 
address @iwu.edu and got the same message relaying is prohibited.

I have this in both files.

DEFAULT_URL_HOST   = '10.20.1.163'
DEFAULT_EMAIL_HOST = '10.20.1.163'

This address is just for testing purposes internally now.
