[Mailman-Users] how to make list as private, no more new milis

Dear all,

I am newbie here, I already setup my new mailman at RedHat 9.0 and 
successfull. But my question is how to make my mailman can't used by 
another and couldn't create new milis ? And also how to make to public 
if I changed my mind ?
