You could set require_explicit_destination to No in Privacy
options...->Recipient filters and post to the list using Bcc:

Alternatively, you could go to the FAQ at
http://www.python.org/cgi-bin/faqw-mm.py and read article 3.11 for
other ways of dealing with replies to an announcement only list.
