[Mailman-Users] scrub-regular and multipart

I have implemented the scrub-regular patch.  I changed the SANITIZE
setting to '2' which causes HTML messages to pass through to the list
which makes my users happy.

However, if a user sends an attachment AND HTML formatted text, the text
is eradicated and the attachment is scrubbed as normal.

Is there anything I can do to get it to either leave the HTML subpart
alone or at worst, convert it to plain text?
