[Mailman-Users] MailMan Not Sending

I am having a strange problem with Mailman 2.1.5, Mac OS X Server 10.3, Postfix.

First, Postfix is sending mail from our php forms, so I know that it is working.  I can send a message to the list, with no bounce backs.  Here is the mail log that shows the email being sent.

The problem is that the message never sends from mailman.  Any help in troubleshooting would be great.
