I'm not sure, but I think I found the solution myself:

/etc/mailman/mm_cfg.py:

DEFAULT_EMAIL_HOST = 'mydomain.org'
DEFAULT_URL_HOST   = 'mydomain.org'

VIRTUAL_HOSTS.clear()
add_virtualhost(DEFAULT_URL_HOST, DEFAULT_EMAIL_HOST)
add_virtualhost('mailman.mydomain.org', 'mydomain.org')
add_virtualhost('mailman.anotherdomain.org', 'anotherdomain.org')
