[Mailman-Users] setting options globally via email

Hello,

is there a way I can set options for mailman accounts on a specific
server with more than one list globally (similar to what you can do
via the web interface by ticking the 'set globally' box)?

I'd like to do this for options that you can adjust via the set
command - so e.g. 'set ack on' for all lists on of a specific server.
