[Mailman-Users] Adding custom header widely

hi all,
there is a way to add:
List-Archive: <http://www.mydomain.tld/cgi-bin/mailman/private/namelist>
List-Admin: <mailto:listadmin at domain.tld>

to ALL list (both new and already created)?

PS: why the two header above aren't already/default inserted in mailman
header?
