[Mailman-Users] List all members?

In 2.1.5 there's that nice membership display by first letter of their
email address.

How do I display all members on the same page?  Or maybe 20 at a time?
I've got a bunch of small lists that are less than 50 members.

I tried searching for just a dot (.) that doesn't work for some
reason.

Wish list:  separate first and last name fields.  Have each column click-able
for sorting (and reverse sorting) and paged display with rows/page
adjustable.
