Brad thanks, that reminds me of one other thing!  Say you and I both  
hit the admindb page at the same time and we each get the same list  
of all pendings, but you're quicker on the draw than I am in  
submitting your approvals, discards, etc.  When I click submit, any  
message you didn't defer will be gone by the time my web request is  
processed.  Mailman should be robust enough (now ;) to just ignore  
those and move on.

This isn't really any different when you're load balancing though.
