[Mailman-Users] Holding messages from non-members?

reject_these_nonmembers and discard_these_nonmembers are both empty (looking
at the web interface)

The discarded messages appear in vette, but not with the list name, just a
line like this:

Oct 23 14:31:42 2006 (6918) Message discarded, msgid: <
6.2.5.6.2.20061023142639.01ea5d38 at Harvard.edu>

I changed the "should be forwarded to the list moderator" and now messages
are being held.
