Do you mean lists at python.org? If so,
<http://mail.python.org/mailman/listinfo/> might help.

If you mean lists in your own installation, a similar URL with your
domain will list the publicly advertized lists. Beyond that, access to
Mailman's command line tool bin/list_lists is required.
