[Mailman-Users] How to change following mail header shown by hotmail?

Dear Experts,
Can this header be changed? If so, how to do it?

 From:   test-bounces at domain.name on behalf of USER_NAME
(user_name at domain.name)
Sent:

To:
test at domain.name
-----

Basically, "on behalf of" is really confusing and also spam looking..

Also, if there are many ways to change it, kindly list all..i want to try in
which signatures aren't broken.
