Exim's attempt to pipe the mail to the mailman/mail/mailman wrapper is
failing with status 1 which means there's some basic error in the
command like the wrapper isn't executable or Exim is not pointing at
the right place.

Check the definition of the 'command' in the mailman-transport
definition in the Exim configuration. The actual wrapper location may
be defined in a macro.
