I have been thinking lately that we have fallen into the Cathedral rather than the Bazaar and we need to get out of that mode, so Travis' letter is timely. We also have had a problem in that LLNL's new security regime has made it difficult, and I really do need to move the sources somewhere. I am ignorant of SourceForge. I am open to suggestions as to what to do after David cuts his release.
