[Python-cuba] Working Group Report for June 2015

Kirby,
Thanks for writing this up. Maybe we can assign the monthly report writing
to someone (any volunteers?) or we can rotate the responsibility (via a
written schedule listing the report writer for each month, or simply by
someone volunteering each month).
