[Python-Dev] PEP 444 aka "Web3" (was Re: how to decide on a Python 3 design for wsgiref)

This spec, a WSGI-like spec for Python2 and Python3 named Web3 was
accepted today as PEP 444.


Comments and competing specs would be useful.
