[python-nigeria] Can we have an active IRC channel and host sessions?

Hi Tosin, I think the IRC channel is a good idea we should look into,
including another IRC channel for python based classes. I think we would
definitely need to start with creating a working PSF group to promote
python in Nigeria, then there would be a group of people working to
implement good ideas like this. I am sure Naomi can help us with getting
started. But that would definitely be something that could be discussed
further at the meetup of Nigerian Pythonistas coming soon. Bayo is planning
a lite meetup really soon.

@Humphery it's a pleasure to virtually meet you. Thanks for reaching out. I
think I speak on behalf on the soon to be launched *Nigeria Python User
Group* that we would love to establish links too, work together, and
support each other in promoting Python in Africa as a whole on common
ground. I look forward to seeing you and @Loek at PyCon Namibia
