Hello,
I appreciate the good work Aisha and co are doing trying to promote the use
of Python in Nigeria but i have some reservations about the means being
used i.e. Django.

In a world long long ago, as a newbie trying to get into web development
without using PHP I settled on Python and decided to try Django because of
all the hype. As a newbie it was terribly hard to understand and confusing.
I ran away with so much speed that my feet touched the back of my head.

Aisha, have you considered having the newbies take up either Flask or even
web.py as a first framework before moving onto something more complex like
Django? I know my advice might sound contrarian but not everyone is smart
enough to understand Django as a first web framework of choice.

Just my 2 cents, you dont have to take it because its really small.
