[PYTHONMAC-SIG] Python.h and freeze.py

Although this is not the appropiate list, I thought some of you might be
able to steer me in the right direction.

I want to write a C extension module on NT but I cannot find Python.h in
the NT distribution. The same goes for freeze.py. Any ideas?
