[Pythonmac-SIG] upgrading to OS 10.3

You don't have to delete it, the two live happily side-by-side,
but it may be wiser to do so, so you don't get confused.

I added uninstallation instructions to the MacPython website,
could you please (a) try to find them, and (b) try to follow them,
and report back what I did wrong?
