That's (one of the) reason(s) that pop3proxy.py has been renamed to
sb_server.py in the latest release, to indicate that it's doing more
than the pop proxy.

That shouldn't be a problem, although AFAIK no-one has done any actual
testing to determine when problems start. Many people have a ratio of
2:1/1:2 and find it works fine for them, though - it's just if the ratio
is 100:1 or something like that, spambayes really struggles.
