Thanks Adam,

Yes, any "invalid" folder would cause this problem.  Unfortunately,
"invalid" also means valid folders that are currently offline :(

I've made a fix, and I guess I better release a new version :(  I will stick
to a 008 release - 008a.exe, I think (unless someone has a better idea :)
