[Spambayes] start up

I just downloaded Spambayes for the first time and after a lot of work I managed to get it running - sort of. It seems to work well when it works, but I have to run the command-line C:\python23\python C:\sambayes\pop3proxy.py -b every time I start up the computer before I can collect email - or EVERY time if I close out the command line box.
Is there any way to have it load automatically on start-up and stay in memory rather than have to do this every time?
I'm new at this so I may have missed something.

                                                                                                        Ted Rice
